Terms of work

Written to be read, not to be survived. If something here is unclear, ask before paying rather than after.

Who you are dealing with

TezBase is Ivan Nedomolkov, an individual based in Almaty, Kazakhstan, working with clients internationally. Not a company, not a team of subcontractors — one person, with AI agents doing the bulk of the reading and a human checking the result before it reaches you.

What the service is

You send documents. They are read, cross-checked and turned into a summary that states what is in them: dates, amounts, terms, what happens if nothing is done, and what deserves attention first. You receive it as a web page you can open, share and keep.

Every figure in a summary traces back to a specific line in a document you sent. Nothing is inferred from industry averages or filled in from elsewhere.

What the service is not

  • Not advice. Legal, tax, accounting and financial decisions remain yours. A summary can show that a contract auto-renews in eleven days; whether to renew it is not a question this answers.
  • Not negotiation. Nobody contacts your vendors on your behalf, and no outcome with a vendor is promised.
  • Not access to your systems. Nothing is installed, no credentials are requested, no accounts are connected. You send files; that is the whole arrangement.
  • Not a guarantee of savings. Sometimes the honest result is that your contracts are in order and there is nothing to recover. That result is delivered as readily as any other, and it is worth what it cost to be sure.

Price and payment

A price is agreed before any work starts, as a fixed amount for a defined piece of work. It does not change afterwards. If the documents turn out to be materially larger or more tangled than described, you are told before the work proceeds, not billed extra after it.

Payment is made in advance through a Payoneer payment link, in US dollars. The link is issued to you personally once scope and price are agreed.

Timing

A delivery date is agreed in writing for each piece of work before it starts, because the honest estimate depends on how much you send. No standing turnaround time is promised here, because one that fits every job would be either useless or untrue.

If it does not work out

  • Before work begins — full refund, no questions, no explanation needed.
  • If the documents cannot be processed — unreadable scans, a format that defeats extraction, content that turns out to be something else entirely — full refund, and you are told why.
  • If the summary contains an error — it is corrected at no cost. If the error cannot be corrected, that part of the fee is returned.
  • Once a correct summary has been delivered — no refund, because the work is done and cannot be returned.

Liability

Reasonable care is taken and every delivered figure is checked against its source. Even so, a summary is a reading of your documents, not a substitute for them: before acting on a number, confirm it in the original. Liability is limited to what you paid for the work in question.

Your documents

They stay yours. What happens to them while the work runs, and when they are deleted, is set out on the privacy page, which is part of these terms.

Changes

These terms may change for future work. The version that applies to your job is the one published when you paid, and the date at the top says which that is.
